Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical outcomes in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for specialized units
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
