Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care across diverse age groups with acute and chronic conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (RN) with current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty setting
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
