Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned clinical units with precision and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans

- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Associates or BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
