Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations per clinical protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 16-24 hours weekly across day/evening/night shifts
- Passionate about patient advocacy and team collaboration
