Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) to patients
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and care documentation
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
