Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license holders encouraged)
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
