Responsibilities
- Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver exceptional patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Medication Management: Accurately administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborative Care: Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records (EHR) to ensure continuity of care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Health Education: Educate patients and families on disease prevention and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)).
- Licensure: Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and critical thinking abilities.
