Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EHR
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (required)
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 24-32 hours per week
- Pass background check and drug screening
