Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety standards
- Respond to emergent situations with critical thinking and calm expertise
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state eligibility)
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of clinical RN experience preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
