Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans and clinical protocols
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN license required)
- BSN degree preferred; Associate degree with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and patient relationship abilities
