Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide compassionate care during critical situations.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
