Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through telehealth consultations and remote monitoring

- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Provide health education to patients and families remotely

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois (IL RN)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
