Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual nursing care via telehealth platforms for diverse patient populations
- Conduct remote patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor treatment adherence
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and communicate critical updates to physicians
- Document clinical encounters accurately in Epic EHR systems during virtual rotations
- Provide on-site clinical support during bi-weekly inpatient rotations at Atlanta campus
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while managing remote patient data and communications
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for remote care protocols
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification with ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell) and EHR systems
- Experience in chronic disease management or population health
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to attend occasional on-site shifts (2-3 days/month)
