Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient observations and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with rapid interventions
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education programs
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- ACLS/BLS certifications with ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred)
- BSN degree or equivalent with commitment to pursue higher education
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated cultural competence
- Proficiency in Epic electronic health records system
