Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and recovery progress using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and preventive care
- Participate in rapid response teams and emergency interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with relevant experience considered
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Valid DEA license for controlled substance administration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
