Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
- Provide patient education and support to families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
