Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (compact state license accepted)
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 24-32 hours weekly
- Flexibility for rotating shifts
