Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in clinical settings including assessments, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Provide remote telehealth consultations for patient follow-ups and health education
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Assist in emergency response protocols and crisis intervention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty setting
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while maintaining clinical standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
