Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EHR systems
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (NY license preferred for future NY roles)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications a plus
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic/EMR)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
