Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and follow-ups
- Administer remote medication reminders and education
- Assist providers with virtual clinical procedures
- Handle billing codes and insurance verification
- Prepare patient records for on-site visits
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- 1+ years clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (Zoom, Doxy)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Flexibility for occasional Phoenix-based shifts
- Basic EHR experience (Epic, Cerner preferred)
