Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth nursing consultations and patient assessments
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence remotely
- Collaborate with care teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems

- Respond to urgent patient inquiries within 15-minute SLA

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois (IL RN license required)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care certification preferred
- Proficient with EHR platforms and telehealth software
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
