Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Support nursing staff with documentation and patient reporting
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments following infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Current Indiana CNA certification or enrollment in approved training program
