Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred for certain units)
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and clinical judgment abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
