Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Adapt quickly to new environments and hospital protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- Assess patient needs and implement evidence-based interventions
- Participate in emergency response procedures as required
- Complete orientation and competency evaluations for each assignment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Travel nursing experience preferred
