Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and assessment according to established nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, progress, and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Texas RN License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to varying unit assignments.
- Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
