Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in orientation and training as required by the facility
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kentucky or ability to obtain one
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as per the assignment requirements
