Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in acute care settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state nursing regulations
- Travel between assigned healthcare facilities as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours/week
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
