Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using established triage protocols
- Provide accurate clinical advice to patients via phone, video, and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) with precise documentation
- Administer basic medical treatments and health education per provider protocols
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently following ACLS guidelines
- Support patient flow optimization across clinical departments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ER, urgent care, or telehealth
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Part-time availability including evenings/weekends
