Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls based on medical urgency
- Provide accurate clinical advice and triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for seamless patient flow
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Delicate patient education on home care and follow-up
- Handle high-call-volume environments with composure
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years emergency or triage experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Spanish bilingualism preferred
