- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telehealth and phone triage

- Document interactions accurately in EMR systems with HIPAA compliance
- Educate patients on home care and follow-up procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality and patient privacy standards
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license with minimum 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficient in Epic or similar EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environments
