Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using provided equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Document care activities and maintain accurate health records
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families
Qualifications
- Active Florida Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Proficiency with medical monitoring equipment (provided)
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Miami-based client locations
