Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone triage assessments using standardized protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and reassurance to patients and families
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate appropriate care pathways
- Document interactions accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain emergency preparedness protocols
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (required)
- Minimum 3 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- BSN degree preferred
- TAS certification a plus
