Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone and digital triage platforms to determine urgency
- Provide accurate medical guidance while adhering to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for complex case escalation
- Maintain precise documentation in Epic electronic health records
- Coordinate patient transfers and emergency department referrals
- Educate patients on home care and preventive measures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in telehealth and EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
