- Conduct comprehensive phone triage for patient inquiries using clinical judgment

- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
