Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments via phone and telehealth to determine medical urgency
- Apply clinical judgment protocols to categorize patient cases accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate appropriate care pathways
- Document patient interactions and medical decisions in EMR systems with precision
- Provide clear, compassionate guidance to patients during stressful situations
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Active Hawaii RN license with unrestricted privileges
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in emergency or urgent care
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Expertise in symptom assessment and triage protocols
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
