Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive phone and video triage assessments to evaluate patient symptoms and determine the appropriate level of care.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in a triage or call center setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
