Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs under supervision.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document daily care logs and report any changes in client condition immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid California Home Care Aide Certificate (CHHA) or CNA license preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
