- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and quality control
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records
- Provide medication counseling to patients with clear communication
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
- Adhere to HIPAA, DEA, and state pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification in Nevada (PhT)
- 1+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with pharmacy software
- Pass background check and drug screening
