Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control and medication ordering systems
- Process insurance claims and patient billing transactions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
- Assist with vaccine administration and clinical services
- Train new technicians on pharmacy protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- PTCB certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and math skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
