Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescription medications for dispensing to patients.
- Verify prescription orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the Pharmacist in the compounding and dispensing of drugs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking and ordering supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients regarding prescription inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with pharmacy software.
