Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Greet customers and answer questions regarding medications, dosages, and side effects.
- Manage inventory, including checking expiration dates and restocking shelves.
- Process insurance claims and handle payment transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy environment.
- Monitor patient profiles for drug interactions and allergies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to complete state-mandated training and certification (we support this process).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
