Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications using provided automated dispensing technology
- Manage prescription processing through digital scanning and verification systems
- Operate inventory management software for stock control and ordering
- Assist pharmacists with clinical services and patient counseling
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Utilize provided compounding equipment for sterile preparations
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license required
- Minimum 1 year retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software and automation equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
