Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense prescription medications using provided automated dispensing systems
- Operate pharmacy equipment including pill counters, barcode scanners, and compounding tools
- Manage inventory and order supplies through our digital inventory management system
- Verify prescription accuracy using provided verification technology
- Train on new equipment as technology evolves
- Maintain sterile workspace with provided sanitization equipment
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
- Experience with pharmacy equipment (training provided for advanced systems)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (for equipment troubleshooting)
- Strong attention to detail with medication handling
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with pharmacy software
- CPR certification (we provide training)
