Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately using automated dispensing equipment
- Manage prescription inventory with digital tracking systems
- Process insurance claims and patient inquiries via our tech-forward platform
- Maintain sterile compounding areas with provided precision tools
- Collaborate with pharmacists using integrated electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA using provided secure devices
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of experience with automated dispensing systems
- Proficiency in prescription management software (e.g., QS/1, Omnicell)
- Strong knowledge of sterile compounding techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate digital inventory management tools
- Basic understanding of pharmacy billing systems
