Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications using provided automated dispensing systems
- Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies through our integrated digital platform
- Assist pharmacists with compounding and sterile product preparation using professional equipment
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records via our EMR system
- Provide exceptional customer service while counseling patients on medication usage
- Maintain strict compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members using our provided communication tools
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience with equipment operation
- Proficiency with pharmacy software (we provide comprehensive training)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided automated dispensing technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
