Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications using provided automated dispensing systems
- Operate digital prescription management software (training included)
- Perform sterile compounding under pharmacist supervision with provided equipment
- Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies using provided inventory management tools
- Assist with patient medication counseling and insurance verification
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team using provided communication systems
Qualifications
- Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (training on provided systems included)
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided ergonomic equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
