Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications using provided automated dispensing systems
- Manage inventory and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies with provided barcode scanners
- Operate compounding equipment for sterile and non-sterile preparations
- Process insurance claims using provided pharmacy management software
- Maintain sterile environments using provided cleanroom equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service at prescription pickup counter
- Document activities using provided electronic health record systems
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy automation equipment
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with pharmacy systems
