Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory and perform stock rotations for optimal freshness
- Process insurance claims and manage patient billing inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality protocols
- Operate pharmacy software and automated dispensing systems
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (WI state license)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
