Responsibilities
- Verify prescription accuracy and process fill requests efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and order pharmaceutical supplies.
- Prepare medications for patient dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist customers with prescription inquiries and insurance verification.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and state pharmacy regulations.
- Perform quality control checks on all dispensed medications.
Qualifications
- Current PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and drug interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
