Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and verify medications following prescription protocols
- Manage prescription processing, inventory control, and medication compounding
- Provide exceptional patient education on medication usage and health topics
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification in Minnesota (PhT)
- Minimum 1 year retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication safety
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
